We are currently seeking a Technical Specialist for NVH Testing and Development. This position requires an experienced professional with deep understanding of the vehicle development process. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Test and Develop the Noise and Vibration performance of prototypes through production vehicles
  • Perform on road NVH and Wind Noise subjective evaluations, investigate problem root causes, develop appropriate countermeasures, and summarize findings
  • Benchmark competitive vehicles for technology & trends including component analysis
  • Utilize experimental data acquisition systems and NVH analysis software (HEAD Acoustics ArtemiS, LMS Test Lab)
  • Conduct experimental Noise, Vibration and Aero-acoustic investigations (for example: Modal Analysis, Transfer Path Analysis, Sound Quality Analysis ...) in support of prototype and pilot vehicle development
  • Interface regularly with CAE and Engineering Design Departments 
  • Work closely and provide technical support to Lucid Motors manufacturing plants during pilot and production stages
  • Create and present to management, clear & concise technical reports.
  • Analyze customer feedback survey results (IQS, Consumer Report, and internal clinics)
  • Work in a small team environment as well as independently
  • 8 or more years of NVH testing & development experience
  • Experience with Noise & Vibration test equipment and analysis software including HEAD     Acoustics ArtemiS, LMS Test Lab
  • Flexibility in handling multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse team environment
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment as well as be self-motivated for independent work
  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record


  • Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Advanced degrees preferred
  • Coursework in Noise & Vibration
