We are currently seeking skilled Technical Program Managers.  You will work with a team of engineers and others in support of vehicle development as well as ensuring readiness for production.  You will drive all technical operational issues and system integration processes to closure to get the Lucid Air into mass production.

The Role:

  • Support technical issues in vehicle operations
  • Drive preparation for pre-production builds
  • Lead process development, documentation, optimization and validation
  • Develop and implement new technologies to improve production quality, capacity and efficiency
  • Set standard practices and independently determine impact to design approaches and parameters to the final product
  • Provide direction and resources to engineering groups and project leaders as well as technicians
  • Act as lead engineer on a variety of projects and participate in the project planning of major sub-projects
  • Perform assignments in several of the following manufacturing engineering functions:
  • Product Engineering - Works all phases of a product from concept to manufacturing to end of life. Provide production support engineering with respect to technically complex testing methods, procedures and failure analysis
  • Process Engineering - Design and develop technically complex processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Provide regular communication to management on the technical health of program


  • Typically requires at least 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing.
  • Meaningful experience in introducing luxury and/or electric vehicles into production a large plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • New product introduction and Manufacturing Operations experience desired
  • Consistent record of cost reduction, project management and engineering design required
  • Direct experience leading functional engineering teams a plus
  • Shown bottom line project management experience (Planning, Cost, & Delivery)
  • Experience working with International OEM partners
  • Ability to travel as needed


  • MS or BS in related Engineering discipline, MBA a plus
