We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager of Aftersales Training & Customer Support. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven history of developing and driving programs which create an exceptional aftersales customer experience. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Establish operational standards with the field operation leadership team
  • Define and implement customer service experience and training for Service Department personnel
  • Develop service launch team,  able to deploy to new service center locations for operational, customer service training, and team building of new locations
  • Partner with Sales, HR and Service Team to streamline a cohesive experience strategy
  • Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to inspire a culture of continuous learning
  • Contribute and help guide the launch of Lucid’s learning management system
  • Work effectively at all levels of the organization and being able to effectively influence others to reach successful decisions and outcomes
  • Recommend and analyze data to influence decisions/initiatives
  • Promote engagement at all levels of the Service Organization

Qualifications

  • 6 plus years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
  • A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in busy customer-facing environments
  • Enjoy direct customer interaction
  • Flexible work availability and ability to travel as needed, up to 75%
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating positive customer experiences     
  • Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and vendors                                                                                           
  • An innate drive to maintain product and company reputation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proof of excellence in your past position, while demonstrating profound creativity in resolving problems 
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Experience in luxury automobile repair environments preferred
