As the Manager for Sales Readiness, you will own the creation and delivery of our approach to customer engagement, including any and all training materials. Our sales strategy prioritizes a world-class customer experience to assist in building the Lucid brand. The Manager for Sales Readiness plays a critical role in developing content to support this approach.

The Role

  • Create and execute the strategy for the Sales team’s skill and competency development
  • Create and deliver in-depth training on the company, products, customer journey, sales methodology, systems, etc.
  • Be a strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans
  • Work closely with our sales leadership team to present innovative ideas regarding our readiness training offerings
  • Partner with our HR team to review and select a Learning Management System
  • Drive and work closely with leaders to onboard new hires during their first three months
  • Focus on skill development competencies post-ramp time for the sales team
  • Create learning pathways and training content for the entire sales staff, starting with new hires
  • Start with internal training and sales readiness, but in the future think about how to build out and enhance the customer-facing learning pathways

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Sales Readiness/Enablement experience developing and delivering on an overall enablement strategy
  • 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • The ability to rapidly master new technologies, methodologies, and subject matter, and transfer this expertise to others
  • Prior experience managing program ROI, metrics evaluation and reporting on program deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
