The goal of Talent Acquisition within Lucid Motors is to provide a best-in-class experience to seasoned professionals and future professionals that showcase our people, culture, technology and impact to society. Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a creative, innovative thinker with excellent communication skills who will be able to strengthen the Lucid Motors brand to the employment market and be a culture carrier for the company.
As a University & Brand Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful strategy development and execution of all Lucid Motors recruitment and diversity campus activities. You will partner with the recruiting team, executive champions, school teams, former interns, campus ambassadors and other internal stakeholders, to successfully promote and raise the company's brand online and on campuses. 

The Role

  • Develop global employer & recruitment brand creative concepts, messaging and assets
  • Amplify company culture, vision, mission, values, and opportunities through engaging branding
  • Implement university recruiting strategy and marketing approach to attract a diverse pipeline of student talent that aligns to organizational goals.
  • Manage, coordinate and participate in on campus recruiting engagements and activities such as presentations, panel discussions, information sessions, tech talks, career fairs, on-campus interviews, etc.
  • Manage campus relationships, including career services, diversity partner organizations, sponsorships and student clubs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our feeder school campuses and competitor landscape, regularly sharing this information with executive champions, school teams and other stakeholders.
  • Create materials to be delivered to school teams for kick-off, debrief and planning meetings, in addition to ongoing recruiting updates.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics at the enterprise-wide level to influence data driven decisions and to share results/trends with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the branding team to design and develop branding materials and social media strategy


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated, relevant experience
  • 1+ years of event management or facilitation experience
  • Previous experience in University/Campus Recruiting preferred
  • Consultative and interpersonal experience with experience communicating across all levels of the organization as well as externally
