Our Brand team is responsible for the breadth of how our product and company are communicated to the world and we strive for excellence and innovation within every aspect of this brand communication. We are currently seeking a Brand Project Manager. The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects and great communication skills. They must have an intimate knowledge of design workflows and processes and be able to coordinate all brand team activities from organizing timelines and deliverables to financing and purchasing requirements. 

The Role

  • Help define Brand Team requirements, processes, and operations, including project intake, company systems integration, vendor engagement, procurement 
  • Act as main coordinator for team needs including all finance and purchasing, meetings organization and facilitation, logistics arrangement 
  • Work with team members, executives, and corporate stakeholders to generate briefs for agreed upon deliverable sets, and assist projects where necessary 
  • Allocate team resources and drive project milestones Work strategically to improve team efficiency Coordinate and organize team activity and ensure designers understand goals and next steps
  • Understand team needs, provide feedback where necessary and appropriate
  • Support the management team with effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and information distribution 
  • Contribute to style guides and aid the Brand team to maintain style across platforms Help to evangelize and drive a cohesive brand vision with internal and external corporate partners

Qualifications

  • Self motivation and initiative to drive solutions across different teams
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining focus on the details
  • Understanding of the premium and luxury space 4+ years of experience as a producer, project manager or program manager with experience establishing programs, supporting design teams, and developing relationships in heavily-matrixed organizations
  • Track record of working independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including frequent copy editing
  • Experience collaborating for style, product, and team strategy
  • Flexibility and willingness to adjust to new rapidly-shifting role requirements within a highly dynamic work environment
  • Writing; design and/or print experience; facility with diverse internal systems; are all pluses

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline, such as graphic design, visual communication, or interaction design
