We are currently seeking a Business Process Manager to drive process recommendations for our customer-facing teams. This person will support the organization in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing new processes as well as process improvements. This will manifest in a significant amount of documentation being created.

The overarching goals will be to increase employee and customer satisfaction; maximize efficiency; lower costs; and ensure systems are designed with scalability in mind. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively taking initiative to provide value to the organization.


  • Create, analyze and iterate upon operating processes across multiple departments
  • Work closely with our systems and development teams to determine and prioritize technical requirements
  • Drive end-to-end process design and new system implementation, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders throughout
  • Design reporting and perform analyses to drive effective process improvement, eliminate mistakes and provide quick fixes
  • Partner with our training & enablement team to provide training support on any new processes for the end users
  • Be a leader in change management; ensuring all new processes are successfully implemented within the relevant teams
  • Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience across process design, operations or similar role
  • 6+ years in leading complex process creation and improvement projects
  • Proven success documenting, designing, implementing and testing processes and controls across operational systems
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how certain programs impact said experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launch
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
  • Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Six Sigma experience and certification preferred
