We are currently seeking a Security Supervisor.  This position requires an experienced professional with the responsible for leading all security operations. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Audit and rate on the performance of security team members as appropriate
  • Interface with functional Security personnel to increase efficiency of security operations  
  • Know and enforce all security standard operating procedures 
  • Perform rounds, security patrols, asset checks
  • Maintain records of all required paperwork; track and report hours for both in-house and contract security
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to officers 
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external teams 
  • Solve issues independently with minimal guidance
  • Identify, develop and implement improvements to security practices, systems and procedures  
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Lucid security procedures and the Security Operation Center (SOC)
  • Act as a liaison between the Factory (AZ) and partner organizations  
  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with Lucid employees, contractors, vendors and security staff 
  • The Supervisor is expected to provide oversight, leadership and direction to all officers.  Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for administrative functions of the team, such as auditing post orders, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other various paperwork required of the post(s).  The Supervisor will work very closely with other groups within the organization.  Supervisory personnel are exempt positions and must be available to work shifts of varying lengths based on operational necessity.  


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills highly preferred
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Previous law enforcement or military experience with honorable discharge preferred
  • Ability to walk/stand/sit for up to 12 hours at a time as needed 
  • Capable of independent problem solving with minimal supervision preferred
  • Solid experience with access control, CCTV and other security systems experience 
  • Experience in a Lead or Management capacity preferred
  • Solid proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as operational need dictates 
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving experience preferred 
  • Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, Law Enforcement, or Security Management background
