We are currently seeking an experienced Events and Experiential Marketing Manager to manage all of Lucid’s upcoming events. This person oversees every aspect of strategy, event planning and management, for both external and internal events.

This person will be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple events simultaneously. Responsibilities include development of events calendar, execution of events, securing vendors, planning and budgeting, scouting and booking locations, food, entertainment, staff and clean-up. This role will also create and present event proposals for senior leadership.

The Role

  • Build out and maintain an events calendar and define process / policy to ensure future marketing events flow smoothly
  • Research, coordinate and confirm event venues (both internal and external), parking, catering, signage, A/V, collateral and giveaways
  • Build brand awareness and sponsorship activation by ensuring Lucid is appropriately located at every event we attend
  • Continually track progress against event task list and schedule execution
  • Monitor registration/RSVP status weekly and provide updates to leadership and event partners
  • Send meeting/event requests, email updates, and/or day of event details to partners, including speakers to secure schedule and confirm event roles and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify data collection platforms and launch program for lead collection
  • Conduct post-event debrief, and adjust events process & policy as needed
  • Ensure forecasting and budget commitments are being met and present financial reconciliation to leadership
  • Provide post-event reporting on key success metrics and ROI


  • 6+ years of experience as a Marketing Events Manager, Experiential Marketing management or Services Project Manager
  • Proven track record of successful event management for premium brands and exceeding ROI targets 
  • Experience managing a cross-functional internal team and freelance / contract resources
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Extensive experience with various CRM platforms, project management tools (Team Gantt, SmartSheet, etc), Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of projects and activities under aggressive timelines
  • Organization and attention to detail with strong project management skills
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a passion for a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Self-starter and quick thinker who thrives in dynamic and rapidly changing situations
