The Manager of Sales Analytics and Systems will own the implementation and on-going support of the Sales CRM System and Business Intelligence tools that will optimize sales efficiency and assist sales in delivering a great customer experience.  This person will analyze and document our business processes and then build out the implementation accordingly.  They will also participate in cross-functional teams with regards to process flow, data integration and reporting. 

The role:

  • Gather requirements, prepare functional specifications and technical system design documents
  • Perform Saleforce.com setup, configuration, customization, administration, deployment and best practice training
  • Integrate phone system and determine best practices based on features available
  • Design custom objects and implement advanced fields such as custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, work flows, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation
  • Create reports and system safety nets for users and management that ensure adoption regarding sales operations processes, CRM usage and other sales tools
  • Determine and design reports & dashboards for all stakeholders to include the sales reps, management, finance and other cross-functional areas as needed
  • Become the guardian of the data. Ensure it is accurate and determine source of truth for cross-functional data flow and reporting
  • Build out the team required to support sales at volume

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years experience building and owning a global implementation of Salesforce and related analytics
  • Immersive knowledge in Salesforce Administration, Excel, and Tableau
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • An obsession with accurate data
  • Strong analytical, logic and reasoning skills to work out problems
