We are currently seeking a Requirements Manager. This position requires an experienced professional to work with QA, Test & Validation teams. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Owning the requirements management process and the rollout / improvement within Lucid’s organization 
  • Driving the documentation of use cases and requirements and test cases by all software and electronics teams 
  • Documenting requirements and test cases for select programs 
  • Interfacing with counterparts on the vehicle/hardware engineering teams, as well as manufacturing, service, marketing, product/product planning and others. 
  • Working with QA/Test/Validation teams to drive coverage of requirements through test and documentation/retention of results. 
  • Structuring, maintaining and administering the Lucid requirements management tool (project structure, relationships, requirements/test case repository) 
  • Defining and driving implementation of integrations between the requirements management tool and other portions of the tools chain (e.g. task management, test management, architecture, etc.) 
  • Relationship between Lucid and the requirements tool provider and 3rd parties for integrations, including defining Lucid needs and negotiating appropriate support with help of Lucid Procurement. 


  • Experience with defining requirements and test cases for embedded systems (electronic hardware, software) 
  • Experience working with common requirements management tools (Doors, Jama, Polarion, ClearCase, etc.) 
  • Ability to define and support implementation of integrations between the requirements tool and other tools with the help of third parties if required. 
  • Experience with multiple electrical/electronic product lifecycles from concept to de-commissioning. 
  • Education and Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Electrical, Software, Computer, Mechanical, etc.).  Master’s degree preferred. 
  • A minimum of five years of experience in engineering/product development
