We are growing our technician team to support test preparation, operation and equipment builds to support drive unit development testing & validation.

Your Role:

  • Operate motor and transmission dynamometers
  • Work alongside Design Engineers to prepare test articles like special builds, instrumentation, etc
  • The skills to build new equipment, do mechanical assembly, create wire harnesses, create fluid plumbing systems and other systems as required
  • Triage and repair the test equipment


  • A methodical mindset when taking on tasks, while also being precise and detail oriented 
  • Maintain a well-organized work environment
  • Experience with instrumentation of various types, data acquisition and related highly desired
  • 2yr+ of powertrain R&D experience or 5+ of general
  • Electrical vehicle testing & development strongly desired


  • Willingness to take on alternative shifts (Swing, Night, Weekend)
  • Shift 1 4x10, Wed-Sat early morning
  • Shift 2 4x10, Sun-Wed early morning
  • Shift 3 5x8, Sat-W late night
  • Shift 4 5x8, W-Sun late night
