Lucid Motors is looking for a contract HR Coordinator for a long term role (1 year)

The Role

  • Provide administrative support to the human resources function in all areas.
  • Maintain employee personnel folders.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and records as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Input employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database.
  • Manually or electronically process human resources documents and activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.
  • Assist in new-hire orientations preparation and provides positive on-boarding experience for new hires.
  • Assist in coordinating company training, events and activities.
  • Assist with researching and providing information related to company policies, training, and other human resource programs.
  • Answer employee questions and provide guidance on matters pertaining to their personal employee information.
  • Manage corporate Swag.
  • All other general HR duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management or related field desired.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources as a Coordinator or as an Administrative Support.
  • Excellent Excel skills as well as proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills are required. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills with focus on employee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Available to work contract up to 1 year
