The on-time and accurate supply of ordered parts to the Lucid Approved Body Repair Network is critical to achieving best in class customer service at a critical time in vehicle ownership. We are looking for a Body Repair Parts Manager that will be responsible for ensuring the supply of parts to the Lucid Approved Repair Network is seamless and does not delay the repair of Lucid vehicles. The role objectives will be achieved before the launch of the Lucid Air and maintained/optimized continuously as the brand/program grows.  

The Role

  • Partner with internal business units to ensure collision parts availability for global body repair network
  • Develop the parts ordering system for the Lucid body repair network that integrates with DMS and body shop management/estimate system, enabling seamless parts ordering process
  • Develop a competitive collision repair parts pricing strategy
  • Develop and implement spare parts return process
  • Ensure a robust structural parts distribution program is in place for the approved body repair network and a clear purchasing channel is available for non-structural parts required by out-of-network body repair centers
  • Review sales figures, costs and stock monthly, ensuring program benchmarks are met
  • Grow a team of collision parts professionals to support the growth of the program nationwide
  • Develop and implement a clear and concise invoice/billing process
  • Manage and ensure all parts inquiries are dealt with in a professional and prompt manor


  • 8+ years of experience in project/product management
  • At least 5 year of experience in an automotive dealership parts environment
  • Working knowledge industry best practices and procedures
  • Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a track record of managing partners both internally and externally
  • Experience managing complex projects/programs with an extraordinary level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong written, oral and communication skills
  • Professional and organized
  •  AA or BA preferred
