Our HR team achieves results by being collaborative, adjusting to ambiguity, excelling against aggressive timelines and responding to the needs of the business. This role is both hands-on and strategic and requires expertise in the complexities within equity programs.

The Role

  • Administer the company's equity programs and ensure that equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely manner
  • Prepare and process new equity awards, exercises, terminations and releases on a timely basis for employees and other equity holders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tax withholding and reporting to Payroll when applicable
  • Prepare equity agreements for stock grants
  • Ensure and maintain SOX Compliance with respect to stock reporting and documentation; work with internal and external teams to ensure successful audits
  • Maintain daily record-keeping of equity data and ensure quality control of the record-keeping system
  • Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, and other items as required
  • Generate and review for accuracy recurrent and ad-hoc reports for Finance, Payroll, People and Legal
  • Work with vendors for outsourced administration and transactions, focusing on controls, accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain an effective partnership with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and People departments to effect transaction processing
  • Communicate plan provisions to employees and resolve employee issues or concerns as appropriate
  • Maintain and update documents defining procedures for plan administration
  • Provide education support for equity programs and create educational materials for plan participants.
  • Prepare reports for business partners and respond to ad-hoc data requests on a timely basis.


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years in stock administration for a U.S. company preferred, or similar relevant experience, with both private and public companies
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or in the process of obtaining
  • Experience with stock administration platforms like Shareworks, Fidelity and E-Trade
  • Advanced analytical ability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of many different types of equity awards and public company equity programs across multiple jurisdictions
  • Hands-on experience with outsourced equity platform preferred
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and thorough
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with a diverse group of individuals including various levels of management
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
  • Strong eye for detail, descriptions and process.
