We are currently seeking a full-time Lobby Ambassador.  This position requires someone with a professional presence, excellent interpersonal and verbal skills and who enjoys meeting people. As  the Lobby Ambassador you are the face of the company to all our visitors, vendors, and potential employees.  Candidates should posses strong organizational skills, public speaking skills, ability to handle multiple interruptions, present a positive, can-do attitude and be flexible to handle different tasks on a regular basis.  

The Role

  • Maintain high-level knowledge of the company’s vision, mission, brand goals and high level talking points
  • Proactively greet guests within the lobby, direct sign-in process, and respond to any requests or support needs
  • Provide tours of the Corporate headquarters for guests and visitors 
  • Monitor traffic flow and guest queues within the lobby; acknowledging all guests quickly and perform best efforts to minimize wait times
  • Exceed standards for personal appearance and grooming at all times
  • Facilitate lobby safety, cleanliness, and security
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a front desk role, with a consistent track record of strong overall performance
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to stand/walk for several hours at a time
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Refined and eloquent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent story telling skills
  • Confidence speaking in front of large groups and interfacing with  leadership, which may include speaking to high-value clients and visitors such as strategic partners and  politicians
  • Exceptional listening skills to accurately identify guest inquiries and concerns and address appropriately
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
