We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Cloud Administrator to organize and coordinate programs. This position requires an experienced professional with strong project management background. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Provide effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and other related Cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and security mechanisms adhere to best practices and organizational standards
  • Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and automation
  • Provide strong influence in technical project teams to evaluate and implement new solutions
  • Utilize various automation, monitoring, and service management tools & techniques to troubleshoot issues and perform performance tuning
  • Support our services and support teams on cloud related issues
  • Participate with on-hours and after-hours cloud activities
  • Prioritize cloud project work the priority of decreasing manual activities
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
  • Identify appropriate use of AWS operational best practices
  • Estimating AWS costs and identifying operational cost control mechanisms
  • Keep technical documentation up to date
  • Proactively keep up to date on AWS services and developments
  • Create (where appropriate) automation, in order to streamline provisioning and de-provisioning processes
  • Lead certain data/service migration projects


  • Experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS
  • Capabilities to provide AWS operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Experience with application / data migration to/from AWS
  • Experience with NGINX and the HTTP protocol
  • Experience with configuration and management software such GIT
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Deployment experience using common AWS technologies like VPC, and regionally distributed EC2 instances, Docker, and more
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Detail-oriented, strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
  • Fast learner, Achiever, sets high personal goals
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects and consistently meet project deadlines
  •  Education Requirements:
  • BS/MS in Information Technology/Computer Science or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 4+ years hands-on cloud administration experience.
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate level or equivalent
