Matt Everitt

Matt Everitt is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Lucid. In this role, Matt oversees global legal affairs and provides strategic legal guidance to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.  

Before joining Lucid, Matt spent 12 years at Mercedes-Benz, where he held several leadership roles in both the U.S. and Germany, most recently as General Counsel of Mercedes-Benz North America. Before joining Mercedes-Benz, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney and was an associate at the law firm White & Case LLP. 

Matt earned his law degree from Columbia University in New York City and his undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA.
