Raja Macha
Chief Technology Officer
Raja Macha is the Chief Technology Officer at Lucid, where he leads product and engineering execution, with a focus on strengthening engineering excellence and delivering against Lucid's technology roadmap and award-winning vehicle lineup.
He brings decades of leadership experience spanning the automotive, software, and industrial sectors. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Eaton, where he led the company’s global innovation and technology strategy across multiple sectors, including automotive. Previously, he held senior technology leadership roles at Schneider Electric and Invensys, and Tata Motors, where he led development of the Nano microcar and managed production strategy across 28 manufacturing and sales sites.
Raja received his bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication from Indian Institute of Technology - Roorkee (India), and a master’s diploma in business administration from Institute of Management Development and Research – Pune (India).
