Each car undergoes thorough mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic inspections along with a full interior and exterior detail before being listed for sale.
Lucid discloses typical wear and tear through photographs of notable imperfections, prioritizing transparency. While we may not capture every flaw, additional imperfections, if present, are in line with expected wear for the car's age and mileage. Our pricing reflects any detected, normal wear and tear, ensuring you receive a quality vehicle at a fair price.
Our sales include a complimentary 3rd party vehicle history report outlining any major incidents reported to and/or discoverable by the 3rd party; vehicles with reported incidents must still pass our rigorous inspection and reconditioning standards with no discernible evidence of structural repairs.

Vehicle Condition and Maintenance
Will vehicles be sold as is?
Each vehicle will go through a Lucid Service inspection and reconditioning before being offered for sale. Any and all safety-related issues that we have detected will be resolved. Vehicles will be sold as-is with normal wear and tear for age/mileage.
Leasing and Financing
Can I lease a Demo/Pre-owned vehicle?
Currently Lucid does not support leasing Demo and/or Pre-owned vehicles.
What incentives apply to Demo/Pre-owned vehicles?
Demo and pre-owned inventory do not qualify for new car incentives.
Is pricing negotiable?
All vehicles are discounted and priced competitively taking into account current age, miles, and condition. Pricing is non-negotiable.
Customization and Trade-Ins
Can I swap wheels on any of the Demo/Pre-owned vehicles?
Wheel swaps are not permitted on any demo or pre-owned vehicles.
Can I trade in my non-Lucid used car for a Demo/Pre-owned vehicle?
Yes, we can facilitate non-Lucid make trade-ins. Limitations apply, please contact a member of our team to learn what trade-in options are available for you.
Ordering and Delivery
How soon can I pick up my Demo or Pre-Owned vehicle after placing an order?
Depending on the pickup location that the customer selects and the location where the vehicle is being stored, pick up can take up to two weeks.
Is home delivery an option?
Home delivery is not an option at this time. The car must be picked up at a delivery center by the customer.
Is the transportation fee refundable?
Upon confirmation of delivery location, funding, and logistical dispatch, the transport fee will no longer be refundable.
Can I test drive a Demo/Pre-owned vehicle before ordering?
No. Vehicles are inspected and serviced to meet Lucid’s Standards . We recommend test driving new vehicles of a similar trim prior to ordering.

Warranty Coverage
Is there an extended warranty that provides coverage after the expiration of the factory New Vehicle Limited Warranty?
The only warranty coverage available will be any remaining coverage under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty
Will an extended warranty be offered for customers to purchase?
Extended warranty is not offered at this time.
Does the warranty start from the day/mileage of delivery?
Coverage under the Lucid New Vehicle Limited Warranty begins on the date that the vehicle was delivered to the first retail or corporate purchaser(s) or lessor(s) or the day it is first put into service (in the case of demonstrator vehicle), whichever occurs first and lasts until the time period as stated in the New Vehicle Warranty Coverage section of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty guide.
