Alexander De Bock is the Chief Financial Officer at Lucid, responsible for overseeing the company’s global finance organization, capital markets, and operational discipline.
Alexander brings more than two decades of global finance leadership in the automotive industry. As former CFO of TI Automotive, TI Fluid Systems, ZF Commercial Vehicles, and WABCO Holdings, he focused on business strategy, consistent margin expansion and disciplined capital allocation to enhance shareholder value under both public and private equity ownership.
His experience spans cost transformation, corporate restructuring, M&A, securing credit facilities, investor engagement and capital allocation.
