Lucid Air

To celebrate our most passionate advocates, who continue to share their Lucid experience, the Lucid Referral Program is available to Lucid owners in the United States*. In this program, Lucid owners earn points and buyers get vehicle discounts. Points earned can be redeemed for rewards including merchandise.

How It Works
Current Lucid Air owners will receive a custom referral link to share with future Lucid owners. Owners can access and share their referral link from the Lucid Owners Portal and the Lucid mobile app.

  • Buyers earn discounts**:
    • $750 on Lucid Air Pure
    • $1,000 on Lucid Air Touring
    • $1,250 on Lucid Air Grand Touring
    • Sapphire-branded duffel bag on Lucid Air Sapphire
  • Referring owners earn points after delivery that can be redeemed for rewards:
    • 6,000 points for Lucid Air Pure deliveries
    • 8,000 points for Lucid Air Touring deliveries
    • 10,000 points for Lucid Air Grand Touring deliveries
    • Sapphire-branded duffel bag upcycled from the same leather featured in the Lucid Air Sapphire for Sapphire deliveries

Owners who have accumulated points through the program will have the ability to redeem their points in the Lucid Rewards Store (accessed from the Owners Portal). In the store, you’ll be able to exchange your points for select Lucid Store products.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is Lucid changing the maximum referral limit?

We are reducing the number to help return the program to its intended purpose of referring a friend.

What if the customer already has more than eight referrals by the effective date?

The customer will keep any accrued referral points but cannot add any additional referrals until the new calendar year.

Do referral points expire?

Referral points expire five years after they are issued, or earlier if the program is terminated or the expiration date is revised.

Do pending orders count towards the referral limit?

Yes, a referral counts once your referral code has been used to place an order. If the order is canceled before delivery, the referral is removed.

When will the referral limit reset?

On the first day of each calendar year (January 1st), the referral limits will reset for all owners.

Do special referral incentive periods count towards the limit?

Unless indicated otherwise, referrals earned during an incentive period count towards the limit.

Can a referral be added after an order has been placed?

No, referrals cannot be retroactively added to existing orders.

Can I change or update the referral code after placing an order?

No, referral codes cannot be modified after placing an order.

How can I track my referrals?

You can manage referrals and keep track of their status in the owner's portal under the ‘Referral Program’ tab.

Are referral points transferable?

No, referral points are non-transferable.

When will I receive my referral points?

Points are generally awarded within 60 days of delivery of the referred customer’s vehicle. For issues related to your points, please contact referrals@lucidmotors.com
