The Lucid Mobile App now features a convenient service appointment scheduling tool for your vehicle. Initially, this release will allow for easy scheduling of maintenance and tire services with more options available in the future. Here's a breakdown of how it works:
Steps to Schedule
Confirmation and Updates
Your appointment will be visible under 'Upcoming Appointments' and in your service history. The service center will review and confirm your appointment, and you will receive a push notification once confirmed.
Additional Notifications
You will receive push notifications for various updates, including when service is completed, if there are any cancellations, or if your appointment is changed to a mobile service.
Modifications and Communication
Changing Appointments
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you can modify or update your appointment directly through the app.
Contacting Service
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment, you can call the service center number listed in your appointment confirmation.
Cancellation
Cancelling a service appointment can be done at any time through the app.

What services can I schedule for?
You can schedule tire and maintenance services at your convenience. Additional services will be coming soon.
Can I schedule more than one appointment?
You may only have one active appointment per VIN.
How do I schedule mobile service?
Currently, only scheduling for appointments at service centers is available. If your appointment can be handled outside of the service center, such as at your location, the service center will reach out after you've made the appointment through the app.
How do I contact the service center?
The contact information for your selected service center is available under ‘Upcoming Appointments.’
How do I receive an estimate?
If an estimate is required for your appointment the service center will reach out via phone call or text prior to your appointment.
How do I change or reschedule an appointment?
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you can modify or update your appointment directly through the app. Cancelling an appointment can be done any time prior to the day of your appointment.
