Introductie van de 2025 Lucid Air, nieuwe standaarden met een WLTP gecombineerd bereik van tot wel 960 kilometer

Amsterdam – 10 januari 2025 – Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID), fabrikant van de meest geavanceerde elektrische voertuigen ter wereld, kondigt vandaag updates aan voor de Lucid Air-reeks in Europa voor 2025.  Deze updates versterken het technologische leiderschap van de bekroonde Lucid Air met aanzienlijk verbeterd bereik, verbeterde bestuurdersassistentie systemen die beschikbaar zijn op alle modellen en brede vooruitgang in elektrische aandrijflijntechnologie en software functies. De technologische vooruitgang voor de Lucid Air-serie in 2025 omvat:

• Grotere actieradius, zelfs op de koudste dagen: Dankzij verdere verbeteringen van de ongeëvenaarde technologie van Lucid, maken de 2025 Lucid Air Touring¹ en Lucid Air Grand Touring² een aanzienlijke sprong voorwaarts in actieradius. Het meest opvallende is dat de maximale gecombineerde WLTP-actieradius voor de Air Grand Touring is toegenomen tot een ongekende 960 kilometer. Bovendien is de volledige 2025 Lucid Air-reeks standaard uitgerust met een energiebesparende warmtepomp, waardoor het praktijkbereik zelfs in de koudste omstandigheden wordt vergroot.
• DreamDrive™ Premium: Lucid's geavanceerde rijhulpsysteem, DreamDrive™ Premium, is nu standaard in alle uitvoeringen. Het systeem bevat functies zoals 3D Surround View-monitoring, dode hoek weergave voor moeiteloos parkeren en inhalen, en rijstrookassistentie.
• Lucid Assistant: Vanaf 2025 beschikt de Lucid Air over een nieuwe handsfree spraakassistent voor geselecteerde talen. Lucid Assistant is een eenvoudige en intuïtieve manier om voertuigfuncties en meer te bedienen. Dankzij Lucid's softwaregedefinieerde voertuigbenadering blijft de Lucid Air verbeteren gedurende de gebruiksperiode.

De Lucid Air Pure met achterwielaandrijving is de favoriet van de enthousiaste bestuurder. Het is het meest energie-efficiënte voertuig ter wereld en daarmee de meest duurzame auto op de markt. Lucid Air Sapphire⁴
De Air Sapphire, die in de eerste helft van 2025 in Europa wordt gelanceerd en nu al te bestellen is, is een elektrische supersportwagen met een aandrijflijn met drie motoren die een ongelooflijke 920 kW (1.251 PS) levert. Met een gecombineerd WLTP-bereik van 694* kilometer wordt de Air Sapphire volledig uitgerust aangeboden voor een all-inclusive prijs van 255.000 euro.
