Hugo Martinho is Lucid’s Chief Transformation Officer and is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on accelerating execution discipline, improving operating cadence, strengthening accountability and advancing a more efficient operating model aligned with Lucid's strategic priorities.
At Lucid, Hugo leads the new Lucid Business Process function, where he and the team are building a state-of-the-art operating model and align processes across all markets and functions.
Hugo brings more than 20 years of industrial leadership experience across the world, driving organizational transformation, operational excellence and business performance with the Schindler Group, where he served as global HR head in his last role.
Hugo graduated from University of Coimbra in Portugal and fluently speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
