As Senior Vice President of Quality, Marnie is responsible for quality across manufacturing and engineering globally to ensure Lucid vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Over the last 20 years, Marnie has held quality and manufacturing roles at Scout Motors, Stellantis, and Magna. In these roles she has been responsible for advanced quality planning and launch execution, as well as production quality and supply management interacting with hundreds of vendors.
Marnie successfully drove transformation cost reductions , instilled world class quality standards, and accelerated production volume in her previous roles.
