Lucid One: Lucid’s New Global Headquarters
A State-of-the-Art Facility Focused on Collaboration
The Lucid team recently moved into Lucid One, our new headquarters in Newark, California. Over the coming months, the 305,000-square-foot facility will transform into a state-of-the-art global HQ, on track to housing the largest integrated automotive R&D team on the West Coast. This represents another exciting milestone on our path to delivering our first product, the all-electric Lucid Air luxury sedan.
To realize the full potential of a sustainable luxury car designed from a clean sheet, every team at Lucid must collaborate, and we believe that the best collaboration is done face-to-face. For this reason, the entire Lucid team is located under one roof here in Silicon Valley.
At Lucid One, designers work alongside engineers. The battery lab is adjacent to the design studio. An open seating plan facilitates collaboration while breakout areas inspire interaction. This layout allows the Lucid team to create with speed, agility, and precision.
Later this year, Lucid One will become more than just our global headquarters. We look forward to sharing those plans with you soon.
