Internship Program
Lucid’s 12-week Summer Internship Program gives students hands-on experience solving real challenges across R&D, Operations, Finance, Strategy, People, and more. Interns bring fresh perspectives to our mission of advancing sustainable luxury mobility while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. It’s more than a summer job—it’s a launchpad for future innovators shaping the next era of Lucid.

Jr. Maintenance Technician Program
Lucid’s two-year Junior Maintenance Technician Program gives technical graduates hands-on experience in robotics, automation, and industrial maintenance. Working alongside expert mentors, you’ll gain the skills to keep our world-class EV manufacturing running and building a strong foundation for a lasting, impactful career in advanced mobility.

Saudi Arabia Development Programs
Lucid partners with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the National Automotive and Vehicles Academy (NAVA) in the King Abdullah Economic City to develop the next generation of EV professionals. Participants train in both Lucid's Saudi Arabia and U.S. facilities to set the global standard for our vehicles.
