We are seeking a highly organized and operationally focused Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to support Lucid's commercial operations in France. The role is responsible for managing vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, inventory management, logistics, and customer delivery processes, while coordinating local marketing operations and market activities in alignment with European marketing direction.
As part of Lucid's National Sales Company (NSC) model, the Sales & Marketing Operations Manager acts as a key operational interface between Lucid Europe, the France market organization, retail and service partners, logistics providers, agencies, and third-party service providers. The role is accountable for operational performance, systems and data management, marketing execution and measurement, and market readiness, ensuring all activities are delivered in accordance with Lucid policies, governance standards, and customer experience objectives.
The position reports to the France Country Manager/Director, with a functional reporting line to the Marketing Team and Sales Operations Team, Europe, and serves as a critical control point for operational quality, commercial execution, and market performance.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management, Vehicle Allocation & Logistics
- Prepare and support end-to-end vehicle ordering, forecasting, allocation, inventory management, and distribution processes for the French market.
- Coordinate with Lucid Europe, supply planning teams, logistics providers, and retail partners to ensure vehicle availability and delivery readiness.
- In conjunction with AMS, monitor order bank health, inventory levels, vehicle movements, and delivery performance, proactively resolving supply and logistics constraints.
- Support market launches, product introductions, and volume ramp-up activities while driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer delivery performance.
Operational Governance & Performance Management
- Act as the operational control point for vehicle ordering, inventory management, logistics, and delivery processes across the French market.
- Ensure compliance with Lucid policies, operational procedures, governance requirements, and agreed service standards.
- Maintain operational reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management processes to support effective business oversight.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, implementing corrective actions and supporting audit and compliance activities as required.
Systems & Data Management
- Own the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of operational and marketing data across Lucid systems and platforms.
- Act as the France subject matter expert for operational reporting, data quality, and system compliance.
- Maintain effective operation, user access, and workflow compliance across sales, operational, and marketing platforms, including Salesforce, CMS, and asset management tools.
- Coordinate with European Sales, Marketing, IT, and business teams to resolve system, data, reporting, and workflow issues and support continuous improvement.
Marketing Operations & Market Coordination
- Coordinate and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, retail activations, events, and market launches in line with commercial objectives for France and European marketing priorities.
- Manage marketing agencies, suppliers, budgets, and project delivery to ensure effective execution of local marketing initiatives.
- Administer marketing systems, content, assets, and campaign workflows, ensuring data integrity and compliance with Lucid brand and visual identity standards.
- Track and evaluate marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, lead performance, and return on investment, ensuring local activities contribute to agreed sales objectives and market growth targets.
- Identify and resolve execution risks, system issues, content gaps, and market dependencies in partnership with European Marketing and local stakeholders.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary operational interface between Lucid, partners, service providers, and agencies, ensuring effective delivery and compliance with agreed standards and obligations.
- Maintain alignment across local and European stakeholders to support operational execution, marketing activities, and market readiness.
- Support governance, performance management, and continuous improvement through reporting, KPI tracking, and issue resolution.
Customer Delivery & Market Readiness
- Support retail partners in achieving vehicle delivery, inventory, handover, and customer fulfillment targets.
- Ensure operational readiness for market launches, retail expansion, product introductions, and marketing initiatives.
- Proactively manage delivery timelines, operational risks, and customer experience outcomes across the fulfillment process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer delivery performance and operational readiness in conjuction with European stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in automotive sales operations, order management, logistics, vehicle distribution, or related operational functions.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, order processing, operational reporting, and performance management.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and digital platforms, including Salesforce, CMS, marketing, and operational reporting systems.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, agencies, and service providers within a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting marketing operations, campaigns, retail activations, events, or content management, ideally within automotive or premium consumer sectors.
- Fluent in French and English.

- Achievement of market readiness, launch, customer delivery, and retail performance targets.
- Effective management of operational partners, agencies, and service providers against agreed KPIs and service levels.
- Accurate, timely, and compliant execution of local marketing activities, campaigns, content, and asset management processes and achievement of agreed marketing KPIs
- Effective coordination between local market stakeholders, retail partners, agencies, and European functional teams.

Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
