Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional IT initiatives within our Factory Systems portfolio. This role will drive strategic programs that support manufacturing excellence, logistics optimization, and digital transformation across our global operations. IT PM will be responsible for managing complex technical IT projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. IT PM will play a pivotal role in aligning technical solutions with business needs, ensuring seamless deployment, and enhancing our product impact. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments, champions cross-team collaboration, and drives meaningful change. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program execution for factory systems initiatives including SAP S4/HANA enhancements, SAP/PLM/MES integrations, and infrastructure modernization
- Lead cross functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of all technical aspects of software focused projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Assist teams on mapping technical and architectural dependencies, especially related to integration, cloud, security, and infrastructure services.
- Oversee technical feasibility assessments and design walkthroughs with vendors and internal teams
- Promote Agile best practices, act as a change agent to foster an Agile culture and help teams improve their Agile maturity and performance.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
- Develop, maintain and execute risk management plans.
- Responsible for ensuring policies and security practices are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts by communicating effectively with stakeholders, managing resistance, and preparing users for technology changes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, RACI matrices, and post-mortem reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication across multiple geographies and business units
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and IT governance standards, including SLA and KPI reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain IT
- Strong understanding of factory systems architecture, including MES, SAP, PLM and integration platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution
- Experience with global program coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Desirable Attributes:
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- PMP Certification or Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Automotive and Manufacturing experience will be big plus
Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
