Bij Lucid werk je aan hoogwaardige elektrische voertuigen en krijg je de kans om je technische kennis continu verder te ontwikkelen binnen een premium en snelgroeiend automerk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud, diagnoses en reparaties aan Lucid-voertuigen.
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van mechanische, elektrische en softwaregerelateerde storingen.
  • Werken aan hoogvolt- en laagvoltsystemen van moderne elektrische voertuigen.
  • Zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische problemen.
  • Correct vastleggen van diagnoses, reparaties en werkorders in onze systemen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen de werkplaats en het serviceteam om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Delen van technische kennis en ondersteunen van collega's waar nodig.
  • Werken volgens de hoogste veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Indien nodig ondersteuning bieden aan ons mobiele serviceteam.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting Autotechniek, Eerste Autotechnicus, Technisch Specialist of vergelijkbaar.
  • Relevante werkervaring als automonteur, autotechnicus, diagnosetechnicus of technisch specialist.
  • Kennis van voertuigelektronica, diagnosesystemen en moderne autotechniek.
  • Ervaring met of sterke interesse in elektrische voertuigen.
  • Affiniteit met hoogvolt-techniek.
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en een praktische instelling.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
  • Basisvaardigheden met computersystemen en Microsoft Office.

Pré

  • Ervaring met diagnose en reparatie van elektrische voertuigen.
  • Certificeringen op het gebied van hoogvolt-techniek (NEN 9140 of vergelijkbaar).
  • Certificering als Technisch Specialist of Master Technician.
  • Certificaten voor airconditioning- en airbagsystemen.
  • Ervaring binnen een premium automerk.

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.  Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
