Christian Appel
Vice President, Program Management
Christian Appel is the Vice President of Program Management at Lucid and is responsible for product portfolio management, tools and processes and the SET team, with a focus on strengthening execution across Lucid’s vehicle programs and key company priorities.
Christian brings more than 15 years of automotive expertise in electric propulsion, energy storage, fuel cell systems, ADAS, vehicle control systems, and has led numerous developmental programs in electrification across diverse applications.
Prior to joining Lucid, Christian most recently worked at Nikola, where he was the Global Head of Product and Programs and led product management, PMO, chief engineering, vehicle architecture, and validation teams.
