Silvio Napoli is Chief Executive Officer of Lucid and a member of its Board of Directors. He is a global business leader with decades of experience leading complex industrial and technology-driven organizations through transformation, operational improvement and growth.
As CEO, Napoli is focused on strengthening execution and operational discipline to translate Lucid’s differentiated products and technology into consistent performance and long-term value. Bringing industry-changing innovations to market as relevant, profitable products has been a constant thread throughout his career. His leadership is defined by clarity, accountability, customer focus and the development of strong, high-performing teams.
Before joining Lucid, Napoli served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Schindler Group, where he led large-scale international operations and drove strategic and operational change across global markets. His experience spans manufacturing, supply chain, commercial execution, customer service, organizational performance, and business transformation. He also created and continues to chair the Innovation & Technology Committee of Eaton’s Board of Directors.
Napoli holds a Master of Engineering in Materials Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne and an MBA from Harvard Business School, which he earned as a Fulbright Scholar.
