Lucid Excess Wear & Use Guidelines

Understand What Qualifies as Excess Wear and Use

To ensure every returned vehicle is evaluated fairly and consistently at lease end, Lucid Financial Services uses official Lucid Excess Wear & Use Guidelines. Learn more about what is considered normal use, which does not incur additional charges, and what kinds of excess wear and use could result in additional lease-end charges.

These guidelines apply to all returned Lucid vehicles and are followed by our inspection partner, OPENLANE (formerly AutoVIN) during pre-lease-end and post-lease-return inspections.

Tip: Scheduling your pre-lease-end inspection at least three months before your lease ends will help identify items you may wish to have repaired before returning your vehicle.

The images on this page are for educational purposes only and do not cover all potential examples of chargeable excess use.
