Lucid is pleased to offer a pre-owned vehicle program that lets more drivers experience the joy of owning an award-winning Lucid vehicle.
Lucid Recharged™ is Lucid’s certified pre-owned vehicle program. Only the finest pre-owned Lucid vehicles may be called Lucid Recharged™, giving you the confidence of new with the value of pre-owned. The selection of Lucid Recharged™ Certified Pre-Owned vehicles has been carefully curated to include only vehicles that have been restored to Lucid’s exacting safety standards. This program is reserved for vehicles that have:
Been on the road for less than 6 years and been driven less than 60,000 miles
A clean vehicle history¹, and
Passed a 160+ point inspection
They also come with extra benefits for new owners, including an additional 12-month/12,000-mile manufacturer warranty, a complete vehicle inspection report, and a complimentary CARFAX® report demonstrating their clean history.
Standard pre-owned vehicles must also pass the same 160-point inspection as certified pre-owned vehicles, but may have been on the road longer and have visible signs of wear and tear. Whether your pre-owned Lucid is certified or standard, it still comes backed by Lucid’s promise to provide a truly exceptional EV. Every pre-owned vehicle undergoes thorough mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic inspections to make sure everything is working flawlessly, including the things you can’t see. All vehicles must meet our rigorous inspection and reconditioning standards, with no discernible evidence of structural repairs, and undergo a full interior and exterior detail before being listed for sale.

Additionally, standard pre-owned vehicle listings include detailed photos of any visible wear and tear and notable imperfections, so you know exactly what to expect. Any undisclosed imperfections, if present, are in line with what is expected for the vehicle’s age and mileage. Pricing reflects actual vehicle condition, ensuring you receive a quality vehicle at a fair price.

Who certifies Lucid Recharged™ certified pre-owned vehicles?
Lucid certified pre-owned vehicles are sold under a Lucid-backed program that requires eligible vehicles to meet strict manufacturer standards for age, mileage, and condition. They must also undergo a rigorous 160-point inspection and reconditioning process before being offered for sale.
Are vehicles sold as-is?
Each vehicle goes through a rigorous 160-point inspection and is reconditioned before being offered for sale. All safety-related issues that we detect in any pre-owned vehicle will be resolved. Standard pre-owned vehicles are sold as-is and may have wear typical for their age and mileage that is documented in each listing. Lucid Recharged™ certified vehicles will be restored to our strict standards with Lucid-approved parts.
Leasing and Financing
Can I lease a pre-owned vehicle?
Lucid does not currently offer leasing for pre-owned vehicles.
What incentives apply to pre-owned vehicles?
Pre-owned vehicles may qualify for special pre-owned vehicle incentives, which you can check here. Lucid Recharged™ certified pre-owned vehicles also include certain perks, such as an additional Lucid-backed warranty. Pre-owned vehicles do not qualify for any new car incentives.
Is pre-owned pricing negotiable?
Pre-owned pricing is non-negotiable. All vehicles are discounted and priced competitively, taking into account current age, mileage, and condition.
Customization and Trade-Ins
Can I swap the wheels on any pre-owned vehicle?
Wheel swaps are not possible for pre-owned vehicles.
Can I trade in my used non-Lucid car and receive a credit toward a pre-owned Lucid vehicle?
Yes, we can facilitate non-Lucid-make trade-ins. Limitations apply, please contact a member of our team to learn what trade-in options are available for you.
Ordering and Delivery
Is every pre-owned Lucid a Lucid Recharged™ certified vehicle?
No. Lucid Recharged™ certified vehicles meet stricter criteria for age, mileage, condition, and ownership and are restored to factory standards with Lucid-approved parts before being offered for sale. Standard pre-owned vehicles undergo the same 160-point inspection, but only necessary repairs are made and vehicles may be sold with normal wear and tear for their age and mileage.
Where can I purchase a Lucid Recharged™ certified pre-owned vehicle?
The entire inventory of Lucid vehicles can be found at lucidmotors.com/available-vehicles. You can filter your results to view just pre-owned vehicles, and further refine your search to display only Lucid Recharged™ certified vehicles. To do this, find the Condition filter and select Pre-Owned, then turn the toggle on to Show Only Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.
How soon can I get my pre-owned vehicle after placing an order?
Depending on the pickup location you select and the location of the vehicle at the time you place your order, delivery could take up to two weeks. You can pick up your vehicle once it has been delivered to your selected location.
Is home delivery an option for pre-owned vehicles?
Home delivery is not an option. Vehicles must be picked up at a delivery center. A transportation fee may apply if the vehicle you select must be transported to your selected delivery center.
Is the transportation fee for pre-owned vehicles refundable?
Once the delivery location is confirmed, funds are received, and the vehicle is dispatched to the delivery location, the transport fee will no longer be refundable.
Can I demo drive a pre-owned vehicle before ordering?
No. We recommend demo driving a new vehicle of a similar trim before ordering. All vehicles are inspected and serviced to meet Lucid’s Standards, and so the driving experience can be expected to be comparable.

Warranty Coverage
Do Lucid Recharged™ vehicles have a certified limited warranty?
Yes, Lucid Recharged™ certified vehicles are eligible for both any remaining coverage under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty plus an additional non-transferrable 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. See the Lucid Recharged™ Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty for details and limitations. Standard pre-owned vehicles are only eligible for any remaining coverage under the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty, if applicable.
Will an extended warranty be offered to customers who purchase a pre-owned vehicle?
Extended warranties are not offered at this time.
When does the factory New Vehicle Limited Warranty start?
Lucid New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage begins on the date the vehicle is delivered to its first retail or corporate purchaser(s) or lessor(s). It expires at the end of the term provided in the New Vehicle Warranty Coverage section of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty guide. Details on any remaining warranty coverage for an individual vehicle can be found in the vehicle’s Remaining Manufacturer’s Warranty section of the vehicle details page.
