Lucid Gravity’s latest over‑the‑air update, Lucid UX 3.6, brings a wave of new capabilities designed to make every drive smoother, smarter, and more intuitive.

Hands-Free Driving Arrives for DreamDrive™ 2 Pro²: 

• Hands-Free Drive Assist¹: On compatible highways, your Lucid Gravity can now assist with steering, acceleration, and braking, allowing you to remove your hands from the wheel while remaining attentive to the road ahead.


• Hands-Free Lane Change Assist¹: When you are ready to change lanes, simply activate your turn signal. Your vehicle will evaluate the surroundings and smoothly steer into the adjacent lane if it determines it is safe to do so.


• Automatic Lane Changes: Your Lucid Gravity can independently initiate lane changes to smoothly overtake slower vehicles during highway driving, returning to your original lane after completing a pass. 


• Driving Styles: Choose how your Lucid Gravity navigates highway traffic with a preferred driving style. In your settings, select Conservative for fewer lane changes in heavy traffic, or Assertive for a more active approach to overtaking slower vehicles. 

• Enhanced DreamDrive™ Visualization: For greater safety and peace of mind, the Clearview Cockpit now displays a real-time, five-lane visualization of surrounding traffic. The visualization also more accurately portrays SUVs, pickup trucks, and buses, as well as highlighting a vehicle if it is blocking an intended lane change. 

Adaptive Driving Beam: A Brighter View of the Road 

Nighttime driving is now safer for you and everyone on the road, supported by Adaptive Driving Beam, available with DreamDrive™ Premium and DreamDrive™ Pro. Your high beams stay engaged to brighten the path ahead—Lucid Gravity’s smart headlamps automatically reshape the beam around other vehicles, enhancing your visibility without creating glare for other drivers. 

Destinations powered by Google Maps™ Places API 

Finding your next destination is now easier and more contextual. Lucid Navigation now utilizes the Google Maps™ Places API to bring meaningful, real-time insights directly to your screen. 


• Richer search results: More up-to-date business hours and helpful insights like user ratings and photos. 

• Find places easier: Search for destinations the way you speak. For example, simply type in "Vietnamese restaurants near me" to instantly see local options. 

• Better route decisions: Lucid Gravity now displays true driving distances rather than estimates. Additionally, more comprehensive charging station results will now include recent photos and better real-time charger availability, taking more guesswork out of the journey.   

Smarter energy management 

Your Lucid Gravity now gives you a clearer look into your vehicle’s energy status to better optimize your charging experience. 


• Advanced Preconditioning and Predictive Charging Power: Track your progress toward optimal preconditioning for DC fast chargers. When preconditioning for fast charging, a new battery readiness indicator shows your progress toward the optimal target temperature range for fast charging. Additionally, real-time estimates of peak charging power help you decide whether to precondition a little longer or plug in right away. 

• Flexible Energy Saver: Energy Saver Mode now offers more comfort without compromising efficiency. You can now adjust temperature, turn HVAC on/off, and toggle AC on/off while Energy Saver Mode is enabled. Try to change a setting that’s still restricted? No worries, you’ll see a helpful tooltip explaining why, with a one‑click option to turn off Energy Saver Mode if you want full control.  

• Clearer range and trip data: Efficiency readings are now more accurate and consistent across the Trip Meter and Efficiency Widget. After long regen sessions, you’ll see a high efficiency value instead of the previous 0 mi/kWh. 

Your Lucid mobile app also delivers the same clarity—fully supporting Rated, Percentage, and Dynamic range settings. 

Convenience, Media, and Seamless Connectivity

Lucid UX 3.6 brings more optimizations to elevate your daily drive and  connectivity experience: 

• Smoother System Startup: Lucid Gravity will wake up smoother so that displays, controls, and driving features are ready the moment you get in the driver's seat. 

• Proactive Auto Lock & Unlock: Your vehicle now recognizes you sooner as you approach the vehicle, extending door handles earlier so they’re ready as you arrive. If left unlocked and unoccupied with no key nearby, Lucid Gravity slips into sleep mode faster to save more energy. 

• Mirror Tilt Control: Back up with more confidence by choosing to automatically tilt driver‑side and passenger‑side mirrors, or both, for clearer views of curbs and obstacles. 

• Halo Secure™ Drive Recorder: Your recordings are now easier to review with automatically straightened curved lines and corrected edges, so every video looks natural and true to life.
