How to Schedule Service
The Lucid mobile app features a convenient service appointment scheduling tool for your vehicle. As time goes on, you’ll be able to schedule more and more types of service in the app. Here’s how it works:
Appointment Confirmation and Updates
Your upcoming appointment details will display in the Service tile, under Upcoming Appointments, and in your service history. Your Service Center will review your request and confirm your appointment, after which you will receive a push notification.
Additional Notifications
You will receive push notifications for various updates, including when service is completed, if there are any cancellations, or if your appointment is changed to a mobile service.
Modifications and Communication
Changing Your Appointment
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you can modify or update your appointment directly through the app. To update your appointment after this window, call your Service Center directly. These updates will then be reflected in the app.
Contacting Your Service Center
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment, you can call the Service Center number listed in your appointment confirmation.
Canceling Your Appointment
You can cancel your service appointment at any time through the app. Tap on your appointment, then tap Cancel Service.
Frequently Asked Questions
What services can I schedule in the app?
You can currently schedule tire and maintenance services at your convenience. Additional services will be added regularly. You can schedule other types of service over the phone with your Service Center.
Can I schedule more than one service appointment?
You may only have one active service appointment per VIN. If you need to discuss an additional service appointment, call your Service Center.
How do I schedule mobile service?
Currently, it’s only possible to schedule service appointments at a Service Center. However, if your appointment can be handled outside of the Service Center, such as at your home, the Service Center may reach out after you’ve scheduled your appointment through the app to change it to a mobile service appointment.
How do I contact the Service Center?
The contact information for your selected Service Center is available under Upcoming Appointments.
Will I receive an estimate?
If an estimate is required for your service appointment, the Service Center will reach out by phone or text message prior to your appointment.
How do I change or reschedule an appointment?
Up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you can modify or update your appointment directly through the app. You can cancel your appointment in the app at any time prior to the day of your appointment. For same-day cancelations, call your Service Center directly.
